Annaleigh Amanda Ashford is an American actor, dancer, and singer. Early Broadway performances are Wicked Legally Blonde & Hair. Ashford appeared as Paula Jones most recently in Ryan Murphy's American Crime Story Impeachment, that is a re-telling of the drama that took place in the year 2000. She is no stranger to Broadway Ashford has won both the Tony Drama Desk Award and the Outer Critics Circle Awards with her performance as Essie. Some other Broadway appearances for Ashford includes Sunday in the Park, in which she starred with George Wicked legally Blonde, and the role of Lauren as Lauren in Kinky Boots. For this performance she received a Tony Award nomination. Ashford, who was raised in Denver, now spends time between Los Angeles & New York.
