Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?
Sasha first came out as transgender at the age of high school. Sasha had a difficult time, but he knew that thanks to his family and music they would help him manage it. Jim and Sasha have both written songs and have recently joined as an official couple. They have played in local open mics in addition to other venues. The Voice coaches never discussed Sasha's background, but Jim and Sasha told their stories in a video clip played prior to their performance. Sasha and Jim spoke about their favorite music, including how he first started playing guitar at the age of six. Because his father was a professional music educator and musician, he was able to grasp the concept. Sasha struggled as a young child with his gender identity. In an earlier post on On Instagram, the young woman opened up and talked about the challenges he faced. Meanwhile, Jim overcame with emotion when he clarified why he couldn't be a participant in those difficult times. Sasha Allen was born as a woman. Sasha Allen is 19 in 2021. Sasha came out in the first year of high school and started transitioning from female to male. Sasha is third ever trans person in the show, wrote: "I feel so honored to be a part of the community of trans folks in this way."
